DISPATCH & DELIVERY
All of my products are made to order to your specification (number of coasters, colour of edges etc) therefore they require a longer processing time.
The resin takes 24-72hr to partially set/cure, so I am unable to post straight away. Your order will be dispatched within 10-14 working days (however I try my best to post them as soon as possible).
When you receive your products, they would have only been cured for a few days. For that reason, when you receive the them, please do not place hot cups on them for at least 2 weeks as the resin still needs to fully cure! Anything hot may cause permanent damage to them during this period.
REFUND POLICY
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: I do NOT accept returns on custom made/personalised items. The return cost is on the buyer and it’s the buyer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me via the contact page, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If the item gets damaged in the process of returning then I maintain the right to refuse the refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows me to evaluate the issue and make it right.
RESIN CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Resin is hard wearing but to get the best out of your pieces, here is some advice on how to care for them...
​
Every piece is made to order and sent out within 14 days, therefore with items such as coasters please do not place any hot drinks on them for at least 2 weeks after your receive them. This allows them to fully harden and become heat resistant.

Resin is heat resistant up to 90 degrees, do not place extremely hot items on your resin as this may cause damage to the surface.

Over time slight marks/indentations may appear on your coasters from hot cups, this is normal. The resin artwork will remain the same, you may just see slight indentations, but still perfectly usable and durable for every day use.

Resin is water resistant not waterproof.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
​
Store your pieces out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration/yellowing.
​
Do not expose you pieces to harsh cleaning chemicals, a damp cloth is suffice to clean them.
​
Avoid rubbing the edges as the paint can rub off.
​
Do not put your resin pieces in the microwave or oven.
​
Resin is food safe, and is suitable for incidental contact, but I would advise using a protective napkin/wrapping in between any resin and food items.
